Return policy

1. Product defects – defects refer to the existing quality defects of the products when they leave the factory. Other damages caused by wrong use, improper cleaning methods, etc. will not be accepted.

2. Product return due to personal factors – If the product fails to meet the ideal delivery time, wrong choice, product does not meet the demand and other personal reasons, it will not be approved.

3. The returned goods must be brand new, undamaged or stained, and packaged in good condition. If any of the above conditions are different, it will not be accepted.

4. The product must be fully packaged, brand new, and unopened. The packaging box is a part of the product. It must be kept clean when returning or exchanging. If it has been opened, it will not be accepted.

5.Returned goods must be sent back or delivered by SF freight collect, without further notice, and any costs and risks arising therefrom will be borne by the customer. If the returned product is sent in the form of payment on delivery, the shipping fee will be directly deducted from the return shopping fee without further notice. The shipping cost and risk of loss of returned goods must be borne by the customer. If the customer fails to come to the store to return the returned product in person, it can be handed over to a third party for processing, and the order number and pre-contact notification are required. Our store will process the order after confirmation. The delivery time and speed are affected by many factors. Our store can only provide the estimated delivery and arrival time, and the actual delivery service provider shall prevail. If the order has enjoyed the free shipping discount, and the discount conditions are not met after the return, the shipping fee will be directly deducted from the return shopping fee without further notice.

6.Cash refunds are not accepted for returns under any circumstances, and can only be exchanged or refunded for shopping arrangements. Please contact us through customer service, which needs to attach product photos, detailed damage and usage conditions. Once confirmed, you can choose to exchange or refund to the member's shopping gold account. The return amount will only be returned to the original member account in the form of website shopping credits, and the validity period is 180 days from the date of sending the shopping credits. Overdue will be automatically invalidated, and no reissue and no cash refund will be provided.

7.Please indicate the new and old product you want to replace when applying for return. If there is a price difference between the two, the customer needs to make up the difference. If the price of the replacement product is lower than the purchased product, (after deducting shipping and handling fees) the difference will be deposited to the member Shopping gold account. If you need to handle the return service, please within seven days of signing for the goods (subject to the delivery company's collection and delivery records)Email us for communication, any overdue status will not be accepted.
